WELLCROSS GRANGE NURSING HOME, SLINFOLD Mike, Nicolette and Mark Adams would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the support, care, nursing and management colleagues at Wellcross Grange for the kindness and compassion they showed whilst caring for Mo Adams during her final weeks. Everyone treated her with dignity and love and we were likewise shown the same level of care and respect. You all do an amazing job and we thank you for taking care of Mo, a beloved wife and mum.
